    Choose from two medical plans:

    • A lower-premium High-Deductible PPO plan.
    • A higher-premium High-Deductible EPO plan with lower deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.

    Each option lets you save money and enjoy extra contributions from us to your Health Savings Account (HSA), alongside what you already add. Our plans proudly offer prescription drug coverage and full coverage for key in-network preventive services, including essential cancer screenings and immunizations, all tailored for children, women, and men.

    Plus, access 24/7 virtual care through Gia® by MVP and get reimbursed up to $600 per contract, per calendar year on well-being items, programs, and activities, such as fitness memberships, ergonomic office equipment, mindfulness app subscriptions – and more!

    For vision needs, opt for our nationwide network of providers offering coverage for eye exams, lenses, frames, and contacts.

     

    Our dental plan includes full coverage for preventive and diagnostic services, with orthodontic benefit coverage for children and adult dependents.

Life & Disability Insurance

MVP protects your family, if needed, by providing you with 1x your annual base salary in company-sponsored life insurance.

MVP will help protect your income with company-sponsored short- and long-term disability benefits.

Voluntary Coverage

Enhance your coverage with our range of voluntary benefit plans, such as supplemental life insurance, supplemental long-term disability, hospital indemnity coverage, accident, and specified disease insurance, all at discounted rates.

Leaves of Absence

We understand life happens. Count on our dedicated leave coordinator to assist you with comprehensive planning and support during times of extended absence to focus on your health and recovery, eligible family member’s care, a new family addition, or service to our nation.

MVP careers benefits timeline

401(k) Plans

Invest in your future with confidence through our Roth or Traditional 401(k) options. Eligible employees are enrolled in our Traditional 401(k) plan on day one. Plus, after one year of service, MVP will match 4.5% on the first 6%, and will distribute additional discretionary percentage. After three years of service, you are fully vested in company contributions. You also get access to dedicated financial advisors who can provide free, confidential, one-on-one financial advising.

Paid Time Off

Enjoy ten paid holidays per year, including two floating holidays. Plus, accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) based on years of service, which includes personal and vacation time.

Salaried employees start with 19 days of PTO per year, with the opportunity to earn up to 28 days based on continuous service. Hourly employees begin with 14 days of PTO per year and can earn up to 25 days based on continuous service.

Start With*:

  • 10 Paid Holidays per year
  • 19 days PTO per year (Salary) / 14 days PTO per year (Hourly)
  • 56 Hours Sick Time per year

*Employees receive a prorated amount of time based on their hire date.
