Please Note: You must be the main policyholder on the contract to make online premium payments.

  • You can pay your first or monthly premium payment by mail. Please mail a check or money order to:

  • To pay using our automated premium payment phone line, call the MVP Member Services/Customer Care Center at the phone number on the back of your MVP Member ID card. When prompted, enter your Subscriber ID.
