“At MVP Health Care, we’re on a mission to be the difference for our customers by designing health plan benefits around their unique needs,” said MVP’s President and CEO, Chris Del Vecchio. “Our 2024 UVM Health Advantage Plan is a testament to MVP and UVMHN’s commitment to providing tailored, accessible, and high-quality care to support each customers unique health care needs and journey to wellbeing. By pairing innovative benefits with Care Guides to help customers navigate their health plan, we can ensure every customer receives maximum value from UVM Health Advantage.”
Medicare Advantage plans offer coverage for services beyond original Medicare, such as dental, vision, hearing or valuable well-being benefits. More than half of Medicare beneficiaries opt for a Medicare Advantage plan, according to the Kaiser Family Foundation, with that number expected to continue to grow as consumers seek more customer-centric plan benefits.
“You spoke, we listened,” said Dr. David Schneider, Medical Director of Cardiovascular Services at the University of Vermont Health Network. “With the goal of helping patients live their best lives, our team has worked closely with MVP Health Care to create unique health plan benefits to better meet their needs.”
