Before You Arrive

Pre-Challenge
While you wait for your start time, familiarize yourself with the Fitness Court, warm up, and chat with our fitness instructor.
The Challenge
Arrive at the Fitness Court two minutes before your heat for a demo! Partner A starts the exercises while Partner B tracks reps, then you switch. Each station follows a Tabata (high-intensity interval training) format of 40 seconds of exercise and 20 seconds of rest/transition.
The challenge is to see how many reps you can complete doing seven movements in seven minutes at seven Fitness Court stations:
- Bicycle crunches (core)
- Squats (squat)
- Push-ups (push)
- Alternating lunges (lunge)
- Ring-rows (pull)
- Lateral shuffles (agility)
- Alternating single leg Romanian dead lifts (bend)
The higher number of reps you complete, the higher your score.
Post-Challenge
Submit your scorecards at the MVP table. Each participant will receive two raffle tickets - one for a free raffle basket entry and one for a free, refreshing Kona ice.
Awards
Awards go to the top three performing pairs at each Fitness Court.
Tie-Breaker
In case of a tie, it’s burpee time! The pair with the most burpees in 30 seconds wins. Be present or forfeit.
