Our Customer Research Group consists of MVP and non-MVP customers who want to improve the experience of using health care by sharing their individual stories and feedback with us.

How does it work?

Once you have completed the sign-up process, you will receive email notices about active customer research studies at MVP Health Care. (You can expect to receive emails from us occasionally, and only regarding studies that are relevant to you.)

From there, you will be able to schedule a phone or video call with one of our customer researchers.

We will then collect your anonymous feedback and stories and use them to inform ongoing improvements to MVP products and services.

All conversations with MVP Health Care are completely confidential and nothing you say will negatively impact the way you receive health care or health insurance.
