Where to Start for Medicare After Age 65
At MVP we’re a partner on your health care team. If you’re age 65 or older, and you’ve had health coverage through an employer’s plan, a spouse’s plan, or a state Marketplace plan, you can still enroll in Medicare up to two months after your current coverage ends. Get more details on the federal government’s Medicare website.
First, make sure you know the different parts of Medicare. Next, view our Medicare timeline to ensure you take the right steps at the right time as you get ready to enroll in Medicare. You can also review your Medicare options for tips unique to your situation.
MVP Medicare Advisors can help you choose the right plan for your needs. Contact us to get answers to your questions.
If you’re not yet 65, you have different milestones and steps to take. Learn about the process for those who are about to turn 65.
