The next Medicare Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey will start in March and run through June. This important survey gathers valuable feedback from patients about their health care experiences.
We encourage you to inform your patients about the survey and the significance of their participation. Their honest feedback helps us improve the quality of care and services we collectively provide. While promoting the survey, please remind patients to provide their genuine and unbiased opinions, which remain confidential. If there is anything that we can do to help our Members in the interim, please encourage them to call the customer care number on their MVP Member ID card.
