MVP has received requests for services that do not require prior authorization. The following are the top five requested services that do not require prior authorization for any MVP Member when performed by Participating Providers: 

1. Spinal Injections 
2. Cystoscopy
3. Cataract Surgery
4. Total Joint Replacement (Shoulder, Hip, Knee)
5. Sleep Study
